Normal malleolar tosion= 12-18 degrees external 6. Tibial varum a. Lower 1/3 leg bisection compared to sagittal plane 7. Ankle DF a. Measure angle btw lower 1/3 of leg and lateral surface of foot with STJ neutral b. Normal ~10 degrees DF 8. STJ ROM a. Neutral: bisection of lower 1/3 of leg creates an angle of 0-4 degrees with the bisection of the posterior surface of the calcaneus 9. FF to RF relationship a. Transverse plane- of lesser met heads (2-4) should be perpendicular to calcaneal bisection with STJ neutral and MTJ pronated maximally 10. RCSP- angle base of gait= posterior calcaneus to the sagittal plane a. NCSP- neutral position, position of calcaneus to sagittal plane
