Purpose To teach people that wild animals should stay in the wild.

Visual/Auditor y Elements The director includes real scenes of when the people taking care of Nim are actually working with him.

Theme Taking a wild animal out of their habitat is very dangerous.

Rhetorical Device/Appeal EthosThe close experience all of the people had with Nim. PathosImages and stories of what happened to Nim, during and after the experiment. This made the audience feel sorry for Nim and for the people that were close to him. LogosThe use of statistics like: Nim was part of our family and could not be taken and put away as any other wild animal This made the audience feel bad for Nim. EthosThe real stories used of the animal attacks PathosStories and real facts of what the animals go through when they are transported from place to place. LogosThe use of facts like: We or have a mortality of about 80 or 90 percent. This makes the readers experience sadness for the animals.
