FBLA Member Wins Local Storybook Competition Last month on October 3rd, MCHS student and FBLA member

Ling Lin participated in the local FBLA chapters storybook competition. Members of FBLA were challenged to write, design, and publish their own story books for children age 3-12 about how to properly communicate with others. Lings book, Communication Skills, ultimately won first place for its excellent use of teaching skills combined with bright and intriguing pictures. As part of her winning, Ling took a trip across town in order to present her book to the children of Montgomery County Elementary School. She read her book to many of the students there, and received glowing reports from every teacher that she encountered. As a whole, the local FBLA chapter is highly enthusiastic about having such a creative and hardworking member among its ranks.
