To Whom It May Concern As Head of Production, I was fortunate to have Kelsey Merriam intern with us at Pilot Film & Television Productions for 8 weeks in February and March 2012, and would have no hesitation in recommending her for employment elsewhere. During her 2 month internship, Kelsey was required to handle a variety of essential tasks with short deadlines, playing a vital role in our hectic production company. Although we are small, we have many departments and Kelsey worked across them all, demonstrating her abilities to multi-task, to use her initiative and to communicate effectively whilst keeping her cool under stressful situations. The departments in which Kelsey assisted were: Research, Marketing, Production, Post Production, and Online Media. The main duties that she performed whilst here were researching ideas for upcoming travel documentaries, cataloguing our artwork library and music library, writing synopses for compilation shows, dubbing copies of existing programs, transcribing programs and completing music cue sheets for broadcast delivery. With Kelseys bubbly personality she was a pleasure to have in the office and her constant can-do attitude was very refreshing. She exudes enthusiasm and dedication to each and every task.
