TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I the consultant will arrange all the appointment/interview with Concern Company. No foundations of time, we will do the work according to our work criteria. We will take retain fee in advance that we are doing your work, in the situation of delay we can stop our work, Then work will be started after discussion. The concern amount of your work should be paid in cash not in demand draft (D.D) or cheque. We are full authorized to leave your work in case of any dispute and problem. After standing your job we will leave our deal. Clients are given rail A.C.2 class ticket and executive class in any airline, for out of the station. All ticket to be confirm before travelling. (ONLY CABIN CREW*) NOTE: If the deal is cancelled by you the retain fee amount paid by you shall not be refunded. During your appointment/period you will not disclose deals secrets and company interests. After deal cancelled you cannot file any claim in any court etc. Appointment should be depending in availability/requirement. Your appointment is subject to that whatever information you have provided to the company is correct if anytime the same is found to false incorrect you will be immediately sacked from the contract. According, your performance and documentation (educational qualification) you get the job/appointment. Important documentation should be done by you (D.C.P, P.V.C OR PASSPORT) is compulsory. FORCE MAJOURE CLAUSE THAT the force majeure clause is applicable to this contract i.e. on the company of natural calamity, drought, fire, emergency, war of nations, riots, security emergency, act of god, earthquake, change in law and procedures, policies or political unrest the said contract shall stand cancelled/terminated and void. The money whatsoever paid in any manner to the FIRST PARTY shall not be refunded to anyone and no claim shall stand accrued. JURISDICTION THAT in case of any dispute arising between the parties; the courts of Delhi shall have the jurisdiction over the matter as Both the parties have their respective residence in Delhi.
