Please find below the details of the requirements for Purchase Indenting and Claim Processing Solution :

The application should enable defining of custom workflows as per process

b. The application should have the provision to capture indenting details / claim details in a predefined form c. Apart from capturing data, the application should also have the provision for the user to attach electronic documents (images, pdf documents) to support the indent / claim) d. Capturing of data in the form should be based on predefined rules (eg. For claims if a executives hotel limit per day is Rs. 1000, while the user is filling the form and submitting the same, if there is any value greater than the limit, it should prompt the user to re-enter the data within limits prescribed limits) e. There are about 150 users who would be accessing this application all over the country (India) f. The application should be able to generate email alerts to the relevant stake holders (users of workflow) to get email alerts on various jobs g. The application should have the provision for the user to define the frequency of alerts (everyday, alternate day, once in 3 days, weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc) h. That database used will be SQL database
