Subject: Application for Supplementary Exam.

Dear Sir, I am Ayesha Hossain Jinia, student of MBA program 24th Intake in your institution. I have just attained midterm exam for three of my course. But I was unable to attained exam for another course due to conflict of exam schedule. April 13, 2013 I had two exams at same time. ACT-501 and MGT-503 exam held at same day and same time. I attained MGT-503 as per regular schedule and I have no way without attaining supplementary exam for ACT-501. Therefore I would like to request you to give me the permission of attaining supplementary exam for ACT-501 as per supplementary exam schedule.
