BAGDADI CHICKEN

Ing :- 1 kg precut chicken; tsp pepper; 1 tsp salt; 4 tsp sugar; 1 tbsp oil; 450 gm tin orange juice; 1 pinch red chilli powder; 1 tsp cornflour. Method :- Thaw the chicken, rub chicken pieces with salt, pepper & red chilli powder. Heat lightly oiled pan & grill them for 7 mins on either side on a low flame. Keep aside. For sauce :- Heat oil add sugar & stir for a few minutes till sugar turning brown, add orange juice & simmer for 10mins. Add dissolved cornflour, stir constantly till thick, cook grilled chicken pieces for 1min in the sauce. Serve hot with fresh green salad.
