RAIN DATE IS MONDAY, MAY 20TH

Dear Parents, Our second annual LAPS FOR LEARNING fundraiser is next Friday, May 17th on the grounds of St. Mary School. Our entire school will be participating in this event. Those children who did not bring in sponsor names will still participate in this fun day! Please note below a number of specifics regarding the days activities. ALL STUDENTS WILL: 1. 2. 3. 4. Wear their LAPS FOR LEARNING shirts, SMS gym shorts or pants, and sneakers to school. Students may bring in iPODS to listen to music while they walk or jog. Receive a water bottle with their name on it which they may carry with them during their Laps. Have a 15 minute snack break after their laps to enjoy some fresh fruit and soft pretzels. The children will also be rewarded with free ice cream during the day. Eat lunch as regularly scheduled.

We invite you to come out and watch your children walk or jog next Friday. The schedule is below. LAPS FOR LEARNING SCHEDULE PreK3 & PreK4 Kindergarten 1st & 2nd Grade 3 , 4 Grades LUNCH BREAK 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th Grades 1:00-2:00pm Once all recording of donations has been completed, you will receive your childrens sponsor forms. We thought you may like to see who donated, to perhaps send a personal thank you, and to enjoy seeing the letters your children wrote.
