BUSINESS CLOSURE LETTER TO EMPLOYEES

Dear Mr. Dimasangkay,

In light of the great losses incurred by our company due to the low volume of sales the past few months, the company is constrained to close its operations effective December 31, 2006. In view of such closure, your employment as well as that of the other employees of the company shall cease to exist effective after thirty (30) days from your receipt of this memo. A separate letter has been sent to the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Employment relative to this closure. Rest assured that separation pay as computed in accordance with Article 283 of the Labor Code shall be given after your accomplishment of all the necessary clearance relative to your separation Wishing you the best on your future undertakings.
