functional. Needs Assessment Any campus in hopes of keeping accurate records for state and federal funding must keep the textbook status in order Projects Action Plan To 1) set aside any books that are not on current adoption list; 2) to organize book room so it can be put to use; and 3) calculate current allotment of textbooks that can be accounted for. Evaluation After completing 1, 2, & 3, the bookroom is fully operational and is awaiting further textbooks to be checked in. Approximately $1500 is unaccounted for out of approximately one million dollars. Evaluation The HWY 59 league has 6 teams from students ranging from kids 7-12. Close to 40 students are participating and that is an all-time high. The website is a long term process that will be used as a reference within the basketball program Competency addressed C 2,4,7,8

Area of Concern Basketball is not a sport that has been successful historically. Total student involvement can slowly turn the tide. It is the vision that need be altered.

Needs Assessment Basketball needs to come to the forefront at some point; initially however, promotion and student interest are needed.
