I am a costumer of PTC Inc. Three weeks ago I made a cash advance for the Universal Battery Testing and Charging System. I was told that it would be delivered to me in no more than five days. However, I have not received the product yet. I am very dissatisfied with the services of your company. I have written another letter to your subalterns but I still have not received an answer. I consider that your entire staff is very unprofessional. Therefore, I want to withdraw my cash advance and also cancel my order for the Universal Battery Testing and Charging System. Please send me a letter confirming my cancellation and containing the modalities of how I can get my refund back.
