Moonlight
The moon is the only light I need
On a night such as this my thoughts exceed
And under my skin my soul doth bleed
And cry out to God in my desperate creed

Thinking of all I am and have and have done

Time passes- the moon soon replaced by the sun
The sun shinning bright on all but one
The long dreary night in my life has begun
