    Last one year K-Engine LT water motor most of the time winding, bearing and pump seal damaged due to rotor shaft deformed. Those motors shafts are diqualifiy for maintenance as a result now a days motor tripping frequency is increased with engine. So we want to say that if we remove one vertical motor and replace with new one then it will be helpful to running the engine and plant smoothly.

    Dear Sir, In my observation last one year K-Engine LT water motor most of the time winding, bearing & pump seal damaged due to rotor shaft deformed. Those LT water motors are running from plant installation period and there are so many time those motors are re-wined, bearing changed & rotor shaft maintenance for this reason, those motors shafts are diqualifiy for maintenance as a result now a days motor tripping frequency is increased with engine. Now every K-Engine running with three nos LT water pumps. Two are vertical from engine installation period and one is horizontal which one was install last three years ago. So we want to say that if we remove one vertical motor and replace with new one then it will be helpful to running the engine and plant smoothly.
