PART-B CHECK LIST

The Tenderer shall carefully study the enclosed Tender documents consisting of Letter of submission of Tender , Instructions to the Tenderer, Articles of Agreement, General Conditions of Contract, Special Conditions of Contract, Specifications, General Specifications (if any ) , Preamble to Bill of Quantities, Bill of Quantities and the Tender Drawings before submitting his offer. The Tenderer shall fully satisfy himself on the suitability of his offer in conformity to the requirement of the Tender documents issued to him. The Tenderer shall ensure the completeness and correctness of his tender by indicating the remarks under A and B below of this check list. The complete Check List shall be enclosed as an Annexure in the Tenderers Letter of submission of Tender forming an integral part of his offer .

SALIENT ASPECTS The Scope of Work indicated in the Tender document has been clearly understood and the offer has been made according to the same and in line with the Specification enclosed with the Tender document. All the pages of the Tender document have been initialed and one copy of the same is enclosed as a part of the offer. The Completion Period shall be as indicated in the NIT. Techno-Commercial discussions will be starting from 5th day of Tender opening and the Tenderer to ensure his presence till completion of discussions.

B. 1. OTHER ASPECTS The offer shall be in seriatim - wise with the Tender document. The required Solvency Certificate from the authorized Bankers for the Project have been submitted. Bank Guarantee(s) as per the terms of the Tender document have been submitted. The self-attested copies of Annual Reports have been enclosed. The offer submitted is in conformity to the commercial terms and conditions of the Tender document. In case of any deviations to the Tender document, the same shall be indicated with justification .
