C-2 General Setback and FAR

The C-2 Zone is intended to provide regional


shopping opportunities. Typically, properties 3-Story Building
zoned C-2 are grouped to create areas of
commercial development. Although many 1.5 maximum FAR
C-2 areas can be reached by transit, most
developments are auto-oriented.
