PLACE Nokia uses two distribution channels in order to sell their products to their customers.

The company uses a selective distribution in order to sell the Nokia Lumia 920 to retailers which in their turn sell it to the end consumer. Retailers include electronic stores like Media Market, Currys, Expert or Agros. This means that independent firms at different levels of distribution join together through contracts in order to obtain more sales impact than they could achieve alone. Unlike Apple, Nokia does not have its own online store.
