Micro invasive : Histerektomi, conization (cold knife, LLETZ), trachelectomy IB - IIA : Histerektomi radikal, trachelectomy radikal, radioterapi IIB - IV : kemo-radiasi

Stage O Stage I IA1 IA2 IB1 IB2 Stage II : Ca in situ, preinvasive : Confined to the cervix : depth < 3 mm, horizontal < 7 mm : depth < 5 mm, horizontal < 7 mm : > IA2, < 4 cm : > 4 cm : Extends beyond the cervix, not to pelvic wall and or 1/3 distal vagina IIA : No obvious parametrial involvement IIB : Obvious parametrial involvement Stage III : ~ pelvic wall, 1/3 distal vag. IIIA : No extension to the pelvic wall. IIIB : extension to the pelvic wall/ Hydroneph/ Nonfunct. Kidney Stage IV: IVA : spread to adjecent organs IVB : distant metastasis
