The way to read

To read the entire Bible in one year, read 3 chapters daily and 5 chapters on Sundays. The way you read is
more important than how much you read.
1. Pray first for God to help you understand His word. 2. Imagine what this portion meant to people when
it was written. 3. What does the portion teach about God? 4. What does it say about your relationship to
the Lord Jesus Christ and to people about your beliefs, actions, attitudes and your future? 5. Does this
portion encourage you to worship the Lord, or to reach out to others?
Keep a notebook and pencil beside your Bible. Then share with others what God is teaching you through
His word.
