Incubate for 1 hour Fertilize and wash 3x Incubate for 48 hours

Viral transfection Spin down the cells with table-top centrifuge Spin again with ultracentrifugation at 17,100 rpm Collect the pellets and re-suspend in PBS overnight Aliquot the next day
