Value Rebuttal Form

This form is to be used for addressing issues with an appraisals value. This form
must be filled out and Submitted to Appraisal review committee. Success
Mortgage Partners Inc. will entertain Value Rebuttals that have merit and include
concerns over any perceived or real error or omission in the appraisal report or
pertinent data that illustrates a potential variance in the final value estimate. Please
be advised submission of the rebuttal form is totally dependent upon making sure
we have all applicable information. Loan officers will be notified in the event that
rebuttal request has been denied by Appraisal review committee. Thank you for

Requirements:
1.
Submission of this document should include documentation that supports reason for the
rebuttal of appraised value.
2.
ALL Rebuttal requests MUST be submitted to appraisal@smprate.com and signed off
before being submitted to any AMC for requested value changes.
3.
Submission of this form must be done within the time given by management after
appraisal has been received.
4.
All applicable information on this form must be filled out in its entirety in order for
management to review.
5.
Comparable must be in same school district, must be more recent/ closer to the original
comps used; and be comparable in size, architecture, etc
