Celebrate Israel Parade: June 2, 2013

Parents: Please use this form if you would like your child to remain in the city after the school finishes marching in the parade. Your childs name will be marked accordingly on the bus roster and after signing out, at the conclusion of the parade route, with the faculty supervisor for your childs bus, they may meet you at your desired location. If your child does not submit the form in time and you wish him/her to remain at the parade with your family, you may sign your child out at the bus. Please do not try to sign your child out before as this will delay the rest of the students who wish to return to the school. Thank you for your cooperation.

May 2013 To the Trustees of Magen David Yeshivah: I, the parent of _______________________________, grade _______, hereby give permission for my youngster to remain in New York City at the conclusion of the parade. I understand that my youngster will be unsupervised and that the yeshivah does not recommend this.
