    A lovinghusband,father, sonandbrothergiven6 12 monthsto live, DavidSmithhas one daughterin receptionat KnowleSchoolandanotherdueto start nurseryin September2013. NEWHOPE: Following a chance meeting David was put in contact with a lady who 12 months prior was given the same prognosis by the NHS. She has subsequently had successful surgery at the Heidelburg University Hospital in Germany. Professor Markus Buchler a specialist in pancreatic cancer and who is advanced in this type of life saving surgery removed Davids tumour on 14th May and he is currently in Germany recovering. Medical costs total around 50,000 and ALL proceeds from the evening will go towards the fund.

    (The class will be great fun, suitable for ALL and will last approximately 1-11/2 hours with regular breaks and a raffle. Drinks and nibbles will be available later in the evening.)
