Cooperation

1. Do you have a relationship(s) that is less than optimal? _____________________________________________________________________ 2. How come you do not have full cooperation from this person? _____________________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________________ 3. What's missing? _____________________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________________ Look at this relationship, and identify which of the 3 elements of cooperation is missing; brightness, darkness, frequency of interaction. Have a conversation with this person; with the intention to articulate brightness, darkness and frequency (or whatever is currently missing) to gain their full cooperation. Share your experiences on the weekly Angel call.
Metaphors

Remember, the purpose of using "metaphor" is to have others experience "stable datum". The idea of "stable datum" is: 1) To establish a common reference point that allows the "learnings" to have a personal reference point in their life. In our courses we use games or other exercises to establish the "stable datum". 2) To bring to the surface a story the student can tell you. This demonstrates you being interested in them. 4. Do you use a metaphor to articulate to clients what your offering is? o If not, create one. o If so, do ALL your clients have an experience of stable datum through it? Yes? Great! If not, how you can optimise, re-frame and articulate it in a way which (almost) everyone can relate to it; stable datum. Share your metaphors on the weekly Angel call.
