1. In case the purchaser makes any prepayment for any of the installment as stated above, the developer has a right to retain/ refund the excess money received from the purchaser. If the Developer decide to keep such amount, an interest of 10% p.a. calculated on monthly basis for the period of prepayment of installment will be paid to the purchaser by the Developer on the amount of Prepayment ,Provided such amount have been lying with the company for more than one year 2. If Purchaser books an apartment in between after the Ist Launch Date, The entire outstanding amount of the installments valid till that date shall have to be paid with in 60 days of the booking .
