Vegetarian Frittata with Wholemeal Toast: (serves 1) Ingredients: 1 piece Wholemeal Bread 1 egg 2 egg whites 1 slice Kraft

ice Kraft 97% Fat-Free Cheese Slice. Fresh parsely, cracked pepper, chives (optional). cup tomato, chopped. cup mushrooms, chopped cup (5g) Baby Spinach, chopped. Olive Oil Spray.

Directions: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Chop vegetables. Whisk egg & egg whites with herbs & spices. Heat a non-stick pan. Spray with Olive Oil spray. Cook Wholemeal Toast. Place omelette mix in pan, leave until eggs begin to set/cook. Add vegetables & cheese. Turn over to lightly brown, heating the vegetables & cheese. Serve with Toast.
