Walk-in- Interview at NIIH, Mumbai. The following post is to be filled up under the time bound I.C.M.R. funded research project. The posts are purely temporary & contractual basis.

1) RESEARCH ASSISTANT (ONE) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE : ESSENTIAL : Three years Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences / Microbiology / Biochemistry/ Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Genetics from a Recognized University with one year Diploma in Medical Lab.Technology (DMLT) . DESIRABLE : M.Sc. 1st class with Life Sciences / Microbiology / Biochemistry, Chemistry / Biotechnology / Genetics will be preferred. AGE : The upper age limit is 30 years as on 1st April, 2013. STIPEND: : Rs. 23,220/-p.m. (Fixed)

2) TECHNICIAN C (TWO) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE : ESSENTIAL : HSC (10+2) with science subject from recognized Board with two years Diploma in DMLT Govt. Recognized Organisation / Institute / Medical College. DESIRABLE : B.Sc.. in Biochemistry / Life Sciences / Microbiology / Chemistry / Biotechnology, with DMLT will be preferred. AGE : The upper age limit is 28 years as on 1st April, 2013 STIPEND: : Rs. 13,760/-p.m.(Fixed)

3) SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW : (TWO) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: M.Sc. 1st class in Life Science / Microbiology / Genetics, Molecular Biology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Chemistry with 2 years research experience AGE : The upper age limit is 28 years as on 1st April, 2013.

STIPEND: : Rs. 18000/- + HRA as per rules.

4) DATA ENTRY OPERATOR (ONE) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE : ESSENTIAL : HSC (10+2) with 2 years experience in Data Entry. AGE : The upper age limit is 28 years as on 1 st April,2013. STIPEND: : Rs. 13,760/- p.m. (Fixed)

5) (a) RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (ONE) (MEDICAL) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE : ESSENTIAL : M.D. with 3 years Research Experience in Immunohematology / Haematology / Internal Medicine / Paediatrics. DESIRABLE : Experience in hematopoietic stem cell culture. AGE : The upper age limit is 40 years as on 1st April, 2013 STIPEND: : Rs. 24,000/- + HRA as per rules The interested candidates meeting the above mentioned conditions of eligibility may appear for the walk-in-interview at the Institute. 5) (b) RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (ONE) (NON MEDICAL)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE : ESSENTIAL : 1) Ph.D. in Applied Biology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry with 3 years Post Doctoral research experience in molecular biology. Experience in the field of Hemopoietic stem cells culture techniques and Molecular Biology techniques. DESIRABLE : Experience in hematopoietic stem cell culture. AGE : The upper age limit is 40 years as on 1 st April, 2013 STIPEND: : Rs. 23,000/-plus HRA p.m. (Fixed) The interested candidates meeting the above mentioned conditions of eligibility may appear for the walk-in-interview at the Institute.
