Flexitime :- under flexitime, there is normally a core period of the day when employees must be at work (eg. Between 10 am & 4 pm), while the res of the working day is flexi time , in which staff can choose when they work, subject to achieving total daily, weekly or monthly hours. Part time employment :- A part time employment is a form employment that carries fewer hours per week than a full time job. Job enrichment :- job enrichment is an attemt to motivate employees by giving them the apportunity to use the range of their abilities. Job rotation :- job rotation is a management approach where employees are shifted between two or more assignments or job at regular intervals of time. Job enlargement :- job enlargement is a job design technique wherein there is an increase in the number of task associated with a certain job.
