They cant be bothered or are too lazy to find a binThey have no sense of pride in their communityThere is a lack of education / poor parenting of young people

Who Is More Likely To Litter

Research also shows that individuals under 30 are more likely to litter than those who are older. In fact, age, and not gender, is a significant predictor of littering.

There are no good things about littering .

Disadvantages of Littering
It can be smelly. Its going to cost money to clean it up. Animals consume bad things like poisons, etc. It may catch on , further little can be continued. The animals can be suffering - from soda rings , fishing hooks , etc.

How To Prevent People From Littering

Research and experience have shown that litter is the result of individual behaviorchoosing to litter or being careless in the handling of waste. And once litter is on the ground, it attracts more litter.
