SINIGANG NA BULALO You will need: 1 kg 2 lt 4 pcs 1 pc 2 pcs 1 pc 5 pcs 1-22g sachet 2 bunch beef shank, sliced water

tomato, sliced medium onion, sliced finger chili (siling panigang) small labanos, sliced inch thick on a bias sitaw, cut into 2 inch pieces Sinigang powder kangkong, leaves with tender stems picked

Servings: 2-4

Directions:

1. Place beef shank in a pot and cover with water, bring to a boil, skim the scum and lower down the heat to simmer. Cover and simmer until meat is slightly tender.

2. After approximately 1 -2 hours of simmering, add tomato, onion and finger chilli. Continue to simmer while covered, over low heat until meat is very tender.

3. Once meat is tender, add in labanos. Cook for 3 minutes. Add sitaw and cook for another 2 minutes.

4. Stir in sinigang powder. Bring to simmer. 5. Add kangkong and turn off heat.
