Students will: a. Draw pictures that portray some features of the thing being described. b. Record observations and data with pictures, numbers, or written statements.

(10pts) Procedure:

1. Make checkmarks of the creature / insect you find 2. Once you tally it up count how many of each you find 3. Tell them too choose what their favorite insect was and tell them to draw it out just like they saw it to draw as many details possible 4. Tell them to write a brief story about their new found friend 5. Have them turn it in.
