This is in response to Mr. Topham's request for further disclosure as found in his email of
April 20, 2009. Mr. Topham writes that since the complaint includes elements referring
to the notorious anti-semitic forgery "Protocols of the Elders of Zion" that this document
should have been part of the disclosure of the Commission.
It is the position of the Commission that since this document is not part of its file. There
is no obligation to disclose a document which I do not have. In addition, it is submitted
that because of its very nature as one of the most notorious anti-semitic piece of
litterature ever created; there should be no need to have a party disclose it.
