Six Markets Two Countries One Mission Is Central America part of your export marketing plan? The Department of Innovation, Business and Rural Development is co-leading a multi-sector mission to Panama and Costa Rica Sept. 9 13, 2013. As part of the recruitment process, Mr. Adolfo Quesada, Trade Commissioner from San Jose, Costa Rica will visit St. Johns June 13 and 14 to meet with interested companies and conduct an information session on Doing Business in Central America. One-on-one meetings with interested companies will be scheduled during the session. Mr. Quesadas presentation will include information on the economies of Panama, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Honduras and will highlight the sectors that have potential opportunities in the region. We will also cover the logistics of the upcoming mission to Panama and Costa Rica. ADOLFO QUESADA
Trade Commissioner CANADIAN EMBASSY, San Jos, Costa Rica Tel: (506) 2242-4400, ext. 3355 E-mail: adolfo.quesada@international.gc.ca Mr. Adolfo Quesada holds a Bachelors degree in Management from Ithaca College, New York and an MBA from National University of San Diego, California. He is a Trade Commissioner at the Trade Section of the Canadian Embassy in Costa Rica with responsibility over Nicaragua and Honduras; as such he manages Canadian business development activities in the environmental, renewable energies, construction and building materials, and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Quesada has been working with the Embassy for the past twenty one years. Before joining the Trade Commissioner Service, Mr. Quesada was engaged in a construction company whose main business was the development and construction of urban settlements. In that position, Mr. Quesada was responsible for the entire operation of the company.
