    Based on Hadiths sayings..

    Be careful about those who depend on you. Treat them mildly. The owner, who mistreats his servant, shall never enter the portals of Paradise. (Kanz-ul-Ummal, vol. 5, p. 18, Majma Uz-Zawaid, vol. 4).

    "If your servant prepares food for you and brings it to you, he has undergone the torment and agony of smoke and heat. You should therefore, ask him to sit and participate in the food. If you have guests, then reserve some of the food for the servant, at least a morsel or two." (Bukhari, see Dar al-Fikri alIslam,1972).
