Subject: Dear representative, I recently buy a laptop from your company (hp) . There is some problem in my laptop. It is not work properly. Its keyboard and mouse paid is not working well. The laptop is continuously missing the short keys. I bought it at the cost of 300$.Im very conscious about my laptop Many of my official works are stopped due to disturbances created in my laptop.
