Availability Agreement: This agreement is made between Syed Sibtain Shaukat (Manager Dj Shahrukh) (the manager) and Mr Sherief

Andrawos (Coolabah Club, Australian High Commission) (the Organizer) Date/Time of performance: 15-16 December 2012 11.00pm 2.30am . Venue: Australian High Commission Coolabah Club Islamabad, Pakistan.

Following clauses must be understood by the manager and the organizer and signed below. 1. This Agreement shall be for the above mentioned date. In the case of rescheduling, a new agreement shall be made. . 2. The Organizer agrees to pay a total sum of Rs: 180,000. In return of this payment, the manager will ensure a) DJ performance by Dj Shahrukh ( Dj Shahrukh will perform for 3 hours and 30 minutes . Music will be played from a playlist before and after the performance if required.) b) Sound System : 4 pairs SP4 Full Range Speakers 2 pair Bass Tubes (Ample for 500-700 people) 1.pair side-fill Monitors (for use on stage and at bar area) c) Lights: 16 LED park-in Color Lights 1 pair red/green laser beam. 1 pair moving heads 1 pair disco balls 1 Strobe 1 Bubble Machine 1 smoke machine U-Trussing poles d) 16x16 ft Illuminated Dance floor

3. Schedule of Payment

The equipment will be allowed to enter the premises at 10am sharp on Saturday 15th December 2012. The artist and his agent are responsible for arranging the set up of equipment, which must be completed to a standard acceptable to the High Commissions Facilities Manager by 3pm on Saturday 15th December 2012. For each hour the completed set up is late, the High Commission will deduct 10 per cent of total payment. 50% fee deposit must be made in the following account to ensure artist availability and performance by Friday 7th December, 2012. The remaining 50% must be paid in full before the performance of the artist on 15 December 2012.
