UPDATE ON DELIVERY OF THE TWO BUNKER VESSELS The board of directors (the Board) of ES Group (Holdings) Limited (the Company and together with its subsidiaries, the Group) refers to the Companys announcements released on 4 June 2012, 13 July 2012, 28 September 2012 and 28 December 2012 and wishes to provide an update on the delivery of the two bunker vessels Sea Tanker I and Sea Tanker II. The Board is pleased to announce that Sea Tanker II was successfully delivered today to the Purchaser. The sale of Sea Tanker II marks another milestone for the Group following the completion of the delivery of Sea Tanker I to the charterer on 26 March 2013 pursuant to a five-year demise charter agreement. Barring unforeseen circumstances, the demise charter of Sea Tanker I and the sale of Sea Tanker II, in aggregate, is expected to contribute positively to the Groups financial performance in the current financial year.
