What is the Saher System?

Saher is a automated traffic control and
management system that uses a network
of digital cameras connected to the
National Information System belonging to
the Ministry of the Interior.

To avoid traffic offences, you must obey the following

traffic regulations:

Speed limit
Do not exceed the posted speed limit; obey speed limits as
stated in signs posted along the road.

If you commit a traffic offence, you will receive a text

message on your mobile phone informing you of the
offence. But before that you must update your details in
one of the following two ways:
1. Sending a text message via mobile phone:
