Sec 1: Learn how to work as a team to achieve a common goal. Identify and manage thoughts and emotions in relation to working with others. Sec 2: Plan and execute a project in a team. Learn to cooperate with one another to achieve goals. Learn to take on and perform different roles within their group. Sec 3: Analyse the needs of others. Learn how to respond appropriately to these needs within their own abilities and limitations. Plan and execute a project in a team.

Term 3 2013: Survey student population and decide on ONE interest group to be run in Term 3 & Term 4 (post-exam) PILOT the implementation of student run interest groups 2014: Come up with a PROCESS to decide on interest group(s) on a SEMESTER basis and RUN the interest group accordingly Based on review of what worked/what did not work in 2013

Survey students Compile a list of potential (realistic) interest groups Research online: Singapore uni/poly interest groups How will you measure interest? Founding of interest group What is the vision of your interest group? What activities will you conduct? Who can you approach in the school to support you? What school/ community competitions could you take part in? Publicity drive How will you enthuse your schoolmates about the interest groups? How can students sign up? Implementation (weekly basis) What kind of meetings will you have? Where will it be conducted? When will it be conducted and how will training times be decided? Namelist/ attendance? How can the progress of the group be monitored?
