From the starting of the joining your company I have not got any promotion till now, and I am working for the same designation, and in same grade for last four years since I joined your company. Though my working is quite well and I am totally satisfied with it and my performance in achieving the targets show my competency. The job which I am handling and the salary which I am getting for the job is not justified. In future I am not seeing any growth prospects for my career here as there is no sign for promotion availability for me. As a result I have decided to resign from your company because I have an offer from other company which is paying me better designation with better salary and I see better growth prospects there.
