During the past century there have been numerous inventions aimed at human life simplification.

Nevertheless, none have had the level of impact as the computer. Primarily, it impacted the way business was carried out. In addition, all levels of education were revolutionized by this treasure of software and systems. And finally, life in general was benefited in the way we live today. Throughout the past century there have been an endless number of inventions which have been designed and produced for one goal in mind, to simplify human life. From inventions like the automobile, television, and mobile phone to name a few and in recent time the I-pad. From gadgets that make communication possible to innovations that simulate a digital representation of a personal assistant. However, as all gadgets might have different forms and functions due to the democratic nature of inventions all have one common goal which to improve the quality of life. The computer was invented in the second half of the 20th century. Due primarily to benefit the business sector by reducing the workload of doing so much paperwork. And to add to that the possibility of mass storage files. In consequence, corporate life became dependent on and endless possibility of improving the way business was done and permitting the possibility of high level efficiency in all matters, thus reducing cost of human labor and the impact on the environment by the use paper. In addition, the education system became enormously revolutionized by the introduction of these mass storage systems. Not only did it become a vital tool in the classroom, but was primarily fundamental in easing the troubles of storing so many student files. Furthermore, it began the creation of a new syllabus which taught students in all levels the usage and functions of the computer. Nowadays theres not one school that is not dependent on computers. In conclusion, society has improved its quality of life because of the computer. Before it was common to do everything manually and even though there was the typewriter it became relevant that it was no match for the computer. Today, whether you ride a bus or order fast food, you are totally dependent on a computer system to satisfy all your basic needs. However, we are now witnessing an era that has come to its climax point and is being replaced by the blossoming of the nano-technology.
