Annual Volunteers Retreat was a blast. Here is the account of statement regarding subsidy program for the Bacolod center; since you were not with us during our retreat, so we are sending it through e-mail. Upon our mutual agreement, Faithwalk provided 2,500 for the coordinator and 1,000 for 7 volunteers for the fare. (*We did not help Iloilo professionals; they came with their own expenses) We deposited 9,500 in total. However, only 4 presented at the retreat. In this case, we need to straighten it out with our financial records. Heres the breakdown: 1. coordinators ___________________ 2,500 2. 7 volunteers ___________________ + 7,000 9, 500 3. 4 attendees ____________________ - 4, 000 4. Balance _____________________ 5,500 need to be returned Therefore, the office will not send the June allowance. * However, the rent will be deposited as usual. According to Mam Park (in coordinators meeting), all the centers will be closed in April and May (no expenses given) to rest (for both coordinators and volunteers sake) and resume in June.
