HEALTHY VS UNHEALTHY SNACKS WHICH WOULD YOU CHOOSE?

Here is a few healthy and unhealthy snacks that taste just as good but some are better than others for our health and well being.
Which would you choose an apple or a cherry ripe?

The cherry ripe might taste good but is higher in sugar and fat and provide few additional nutrients, an apple is naturally sweet, is high in fibre and contains nutrients such as vitamin C and still tastes great. The apple is a better EVERY DAY choice but SOMETIMES its OK to have a cherry ripe.

Which would you choose a packet of chips or a delicious caramel muesli bar?

They both taste good but the chips are very high in fat. He caramel bars are new and taste really good, they are high in dietary fibre from whole grains and the sugar and fat contents are lower than other similar snacks.

Which would you choose a milk or lemonade?

Lemonade might taste good but it contains not much other than water with lots of sugar. Did you know that a can of lemonade has more than 6teaspoons of sugar. Thats a lot! Milk also tastes good and is really good for our bones and helps keeps us growing up strong.
