SIMATIC S7-300 Load & Transfer Guide

The document describes load and transfer operations in Siemens SIMATIC S7-300 systems. Load operations read data from memory locations like bit memory, timers, counters, and data blocks into accumulators. Transfer operations move data from accumulators to output locations like peripheral outputs and status words. Examples are given of using load and transfer instructions to access process image input and output areas by reading bits into accumulators and assigning accumulators to output registers.

The Load & Transfer functions are not dependent on RLO or the status bits When a byte is loaded, its contents are written right-justified into Acc 1.

The remaining bytes in Accumulators are padded with 0.

The Transfer function transfers the contents of Acc 1 to specified address.

The contents of Acc 1 remains unchanged.

The multiple load and transfers are possible. Example of Load : L IB0,. L QW4, L 45.7, L P#2, L PIW 288 etc.

Example of Transfer : T QB4,. T PQW304, T DBW 0, etc.
