Good Evening everyone!!!

I just want to share some of my personal feelings,
When I got to know that I would have to attend this workshop, nothing came into my mind that what
it was going to be all about. But when I reached here 6 days back, and meet everyone and saw all the
schedules and various papers pinned to the notice board than I started to visualise that for what
purpose we are here for and what all we are going to learn about.
After that when I got the opportunity to attend on the first day and till now I think I have learnt about
so much which I have never imagined before and I think I would have never learnt if I hadnt attend
such a unique workshop.
Theory - School based health and P.E. Education, New Trends, P.E. in building Effective Citizenship,
Promoting P.E. and Sports in school, Playground and Equipment Management, First Aid, Concept of
Multiple Intelligences, Psychology of competition, Preparing for a structured P.E. Prog with
emphasis on Life skills development, Four Pillars of Learning, Role, reach and Impact of Sports
Teacher in school and CCE practices, CCE applied to Physical Education and Health, School Health
Programme.
Practical Yoga, Aerobics, Plyometrics, Skipping Rope, Class Room Games.

From the bottom of my heart, who have made this workshop a grand success by encouraging and
instilling passion within us to contribute actively to the development of our Field, society, and own self
by sharing their vast knowledge and experiences and also blessed this occasion with their humble
presence.
Also, I thank HRDC DPS Society for organising such a unique workshop for Physical Education
Teachers and on behalf of my colleagues I would like to request DPS Society to organise many more
such workshop in the future which would help us to enhance our field of Physical Education and
Sports.
Also, I would like to thank all my dear colleagues, friends and everyone present here who have been a
part of this workshop in one way or the other. Once again, I heartily thank one and all for making this
workshop a grand success.
