fry the potatoes in oil marinate meat with spices and fried onions{save some fried onions to place on top of rice } for several hours? overnight at the bottom of a couldron {large pot for mass cooking ,put oil then the marinated meat ,boiled brown lentils.then the fried potatoes finally top with the rice and the left over fried onions ,with the blobs of the ghee seal the pots with a double layer of foil
