This week consisted of quiet a few interesting topics.

First, we learned that through networking, one can obtain a great amount of power in any organization. Then, the topic of organizational politics led me to read a bit about Steve Jobs and his journey with the Apple company. Although, I had written in my post that Steve Jobs may have used the concept of organizational politics, my classmates have showed me another side to the story. Finally, our case analysis for this week on Simmons Laboratory taught me that lack of effective communication between every member of an organization can lead to a great deal of misunderstandings which can be extremely harmful to not only ones career but also the company.
