MIM family are organising the popular BBQ again this year. Prices are reasonable and if you dont fancy bringing a picnic you can have something hot and tasty to eat. There will also be a selection of drinks and goodies available. All proceeds from the BBQ will go towards equipment for our productions. MIM family have recently purchased 8 float microphones and brand new storage boxes for our wardrobe. If you are able to help out on the day please drop Sarah an email: sarah@themaninthemoon.co.uk We are only allowed to picnic in the Quad. Please DO NOT picnic on the school field.

Our Moonstruck Matinee is on Sunday 30 June at Priors Field School, Priorsfield Rd, Hurtmore, Godalming, Surrey GU7 2RH.

You will receive your reservation confirmation this week. If you need additional tickets, they will be available on the door. Smaller friends and relatives are welcome to come and see the performance as long as they are able to sit quietly. In fairness to everyone, children who are noisy or disruptive will be asked to leave. Children aged 4 and under sitting on laps do not need a ticket. Children aged 5 and over, or who require their own seat must have a ticket.

anything else?
Everyone should bring a disposable bottle of water with them. Fizzy/sugary drinks and juices are not allowed. Dont bring your sweatshirt or lanyard - we are providing everyone with a T-shirt and we want to keep lost property to a minimum.

what should I wear?

Everyone will be given a Moonstruck Matinee Tshirt. There is no formal dress code but if its important to you, the t-shirt is black this year. For safety, no open toed shoes or sandals please.
