Street passengers admitted me at District Head Quarter Hospital, Dhenkanal and informed my relatives. As my condition was critical and alarming, Dhenkanal Head Quarter Hospital referred me to Cuttack for better treatment. As better treatment and care are not rendered in Govt. Hospital, my relatives admitted me at Ashwini Hospital, CDA, Cuttack immediately (Bed No-328). Thanks to the doctors of Ashwini Hospital, CDA, Cuttack who contained better treatment and my sense was restored within a couple of days. I was cured after a week. As per their advice I again met with the doctor and still continuing medicines. Previously Ashwini Hospital, CDA, Cuttack was an authorized hospital for BSNL employees, which I knew from GMTD Office, Dhenkanal. But very recently it has been withdrawn from authorized panel which neither I nor my relatives could know. Under the above stated circumstances, I pray for your goodself to consider my helplessness and approve my above treatment as a very special case for which I shall be ever thankful to you.
