Our capital city has seen explosive growth in recent decades but in a messy way. Despite this, there is not yet the Metropolitan Urban Plan that defines the zoning, roads, expansion areas, etc. It is precisely this lack of Metropolitan Urban Plan that would affect the proper development of real estate projects and rising infrastructure.
